The weather forecast on Fraser & Laura's Wedding day was for rain and they were not joking. A bit of rain wasn't going to dampen their spirits at all so we got the brollies out for their awesome wedding at the stunning Ludlow Castle, in fact confetti shots in the rain can still look amazing!
Both Fraser & Laura got ready in the studio rooms at the castle, so it was just a short walk over the wooden bridge above the moat and into the inner bailey for their wedding in the beautiful St Mary Magdalene chapel. This round Chapel with nearly one thousand years of history makes it a truly unique setting for a magical wedding. Drinks and canapes were then served in the Beacon rooms before a brief let up in the rain gave us just long enough for a quick walk around the castle for a few photo's of them both, we just loved Laura's footwear choice...... It was so good that Laura & Fraser both embraced the weather it was their day, rain or shine they were going to have fun and party! They were even game to go out again later in the evening for a few night shot's, brollies at the ready, we loved it...... It was such a great day with Fraser & Laura and their amazing family and friends and what a party.... I wonder what Mary Magdalene would have thought? |
