.We were so lucky to be blessed with the last of the warm, sunny weather for Lucy and Zanny's awesome November wedding at The Bank House Hotel in Worcester.
We have got to know Lucy and Zanny quite well, as we had met them a number of times at weddings which we were photographing for their friends so we knew it was going to be a fab day! It was such a chilled, relaxed wedding, which started with Lucy and Zanny enjoying breakfast together before going their separate ways to get ready and with a super early ceremony at 11am this meant they would have the whole day to enjoy with their family and friends. Lucy had arranged for a herd of Alpacas to arrive at the hotel to surprise Zanny when we got back from their couple shots and Zanny being a huge animal lover absolutely loved them, they even took pride of place alongside the brides and guests in the group photo's!! Lego caricatures of each of the guest's greeted everyone at their place setting for the Wedding breakfast along with delicious food, beautiful flower arrangements by the Mum's and Godmother, chocolates, camera's and perhaps a glass or two of bubbles, delicious doughnut's and a sweetie wedding cake to finish, Perfect!!! We were treated to a fantastic pre recorded speech from Lucy and the two Dad's were holding back the tears along with most of the guest's during both their speeches and then it was all down to the best Man Rob, who is an old school friend and friend of the Brides who had everyone in stitches with his cheeky tales..... The evening entertainment was provided by a slight of hand magician (Lofty magic) who baffled everyone with his card tricks, coin bending and where he got the lemon and limes from is anyone's guess. A very funny caricature artist (Robert Lee Hensby) was also on hand to make you look gorgeous and entertain the guests. It was a truly amazing day enjoyed by everyone, filled with a lot of Love emotion, fun and Alpaca's! You guys totally rock, (so do your family and friends) thank you so much for letting us be part of your extra special day we will never forget it.... much love...... Sarah & Bono xx |
