THE BIRD'S FAMILY SHOOT
|
Shobdon Arches was the historical setting for Robert, Lorna, Lewis and Jacob’s lovely family shoot. The Arches which stands in well kept grounds made for some fun, stunning photos and consist of a central chancel arch and two Norman doorways. The detailed, though weathered, carvings are the work of the Herefordshire school of Romanesque sculpture and the original interior arches of the church were removed in 1756, being placed at the top of the adjacent hill as a folly where they still stand today. The boys were ever ready with their infectious smiles, it’s not easy taking photos when you are laughing so much!
